In a difficult time everyone is experiencing now, people really need consistency to feel comfortable.
When you change the format, people like myself are extremely stressed to have to adjust to yet another change in life that we have lost control over.
What works for some may be extremely difficult for others right now.
I don't understand why the Classic View constantly gets removed.

Classic view? You mean in the seller's area?
Ebay has let sellers know for over four years that eventually the seller hub will be the way things will work. Sellers have had a long, long time to get used to it. Eventually the old links won't work anymore. There's really no reason to not be familiar with the hub by now.
If you are talking about something else, my apologies. Feel free to disregard.

Classic View means different things to different people.
Since many payment functions require Seller Hub to work, it makes sense that users that want to sell get used to using that page.
You may still be able to use an older link for a while for some things, though:

I have to admit I love the simplicity of the classic "All Selling" page--discovered it when I first start selling and just got used to it. alas, I know I should start learning the seller hub page for my own good instead of continuing to put it off, but haven't quite jumped in that that side of the pool yet--have been hesitant to click on the link to seller hub because I'm afraid it won't let me go back to classic view...maybe tomorrow...lol

Seriously, the seller hub is easy to get used to. When it first rolled out it was awful, and continued to be pretty bad while they sorted out the various kinks. Now it's easy and flexible. You can see something akin to the classic view by looking at the overview, and searching for various listings is easy with search.
I will agree that it's an awful lot of information for someone who is casually selling or prefers to have a handful of listings, though, but it's still easy to get used to now that it has improved and you can set it up how you like. I did like the classic view, too, so understand its appeal.
