Circumventing block policy

I can find references to eBay policy that prohibits using a different account to circumvent a block here, but can’t find it in policy. Would someone be kind enough to direct me to the actual policy?

Re: Circumventing block policy

Apparently circumventing blocks is allowed now .
Its all about the money.

The only way to stop it is if they buy to damage your reputation and you have to prove that to ebay.

That is not helpful at all.  The OP is not asking for what is "apparent" but what is STATED.

No it is not allowed read here>> Multiple Accounts policy

Using another account to avoid buying restrictions is not allowed. Being blocked is a restriction.

Circumvention of a seller block is called Malicious buying under Abusive buyer policy

Re: Circumventing block policy

The Muliple Account Policy is also linked from the Abusive Buyer page, if you scroll down toward the bottom:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/rules-policies-buyers/abusive-buyer-policy?id=4374&st=3&pos=1&que...

But if you've made this post because you would like to report a buyer you suspect of using a different account to circumvent your buyer restrictions, I'm hitting a wall as to how one would do that.  The Report Abusive Buyer menu doesn't appear to include that behavior.  -Each of the behaviors shown expands below if you mark its' circle, and I checked all of these, and none of those are remotely related to the behavior in question.  It is possible that you could mark the closest one, hit 'Submit' and then get a text box to clarify what you are reporting, but I can't test it because if there are no further steps, then me hitting 'Submit' for this item would report a buyer of mine who did nothing wrong, lol.
