Cigarette Tubes

I would like to know for 100% certainty if Cigarette Tubes are allowed to sell on eBay.

I appreciate any help.

I don't think that anything about eBay is 100% certain, but there are a lot of listings under collectables, and nothing in eBay's published "Tobacco and e-cigarettes policy" that bans them.

Like the other poster, i checked the tobacco policy, see link below. Did not find any restrictions on the tubes there. But there is another policy that touches on your question too that gives a more direct answer. See below.
