I'm shopping for a case of KIND fruit and nut bars.
I messaged a seller ... WHAT is the expiration date on these?
Reply: The expiration date is on the back of the box.

Have a great week everybody! 😄

Contact this seller again & inquire what is the expiration date, advise that it appears on the back of the box.

Might as well ask when they did expire!

Sounds like an answer from a drop shipper

*funny KIND story*
Some mini bars made it into the Christmas stockings last year. One of the younger kids had a funny look on his face like Santa is getting a little off-track these days...

Well he's not wrong. He just didn't answer your question.
Reply: Hey genius!! I didn't ask where is the expiration date. But when? Learn your 5 W's.

Haha, funny. Write back and ask the seller what does the back of the box say?

That answer wouldn't make me chuckle...or buy from them.

Did you hit the 'Back' button? 🤣

True, then once received I would write the seller and tell them the answer.

It’s utterly amazing what IMPORTANT details are left out of some listings, especially buying a perishable item.

Dear InHawaii ~
Thank you for your question. The "expiration date" is the last date by which a product should be consumed or used before it is considered spoiled or ineffective, and the date is usually specified on the product's label or package. In the case of the KIND bars, the expiration date is printed on the back of the box.

Doesn't eBay require sellers of perishable items to disclose the expiration date in the listings? I've sold some food/tea before and I'm fairly certain I remember reading that that was a requirement.
