It is confirmed Ebay renewed my Annual store Sept 1 and it was not due until May 1 of 19. Charged me 2 months subscription(which they credited me), but getting the date changed they say may not be possible. Forcing me into antother4 months of subscription. Ebay appears to be having one glitch after another and like pulling teeth to get them to admith their error and fix it.
