Cheap H&R Block 2018 Premium Tax Software

In the last few days the H&R Block 2018 Premium Tax Software is being sold on eBay by multiple sellers for around $35-$36 with free shipping.  Does anyone know how sellers are getting this so cheap and is it legitimate?  I need this software to do my taxes this year but it is selling on other sites in the $45-$60 range.

Sorry, I don't know, but replied to follow this link.   Wish people replied more.  I'm looking at $40 TurboTax software selling on EBay for $9.99 wondering how they can do that and if it's legitimate.  Seller is on the other side of the world.  Just does not seem possible and wonder if EBay allows scams.  Hope you find out, good luck.

why pay?  there are several places you can file and submit for free.

They may be selling LAST YEAR'S software that doesn't include the new tax rates or still has the deductions that have now been eliminated.  They may be planning on selling you one they already used or none at all.
