Fees are stated upfront. How is it you lost money on them?

I can see why, you have only 12 items, why subscribe to a store?

Auctions are best for rare, unusual, OOAK, high demand/low availability items, or hard to price goods. Commodity items, easily available, everyday things are best for the fixed-price format. And while setting low opening prices can spur bidding, it can also backfire if there is just one bid.
You have sold 12 items and have 2 negs and 2 neutrals. It is crucially important to see every sale thru—even if you have lost money due to low bidding. Seller-initiated cancellations are a major no-no on eBay, causing a defect that can flag an account for scrutiny by eBay. Defects can downgrade one’s standing on the platform.

You need to provide a bit more information on how you lost money and what are "bogus charges"? One person already suggested you do not need a store, good advice. Are you using promoted listings by chance and if so why?
You should know in advance of listing an item what your approximated payout will be. If you do not then you need to crunch some numbers before you list an item.

I read your post several times.
It makes no sense.
"I have lost more more money on eBay than I made for bogus chargers"

Translation: You haven’t seen s profit yet, and in fact, you’re in the hole and selling has cost you more than you made in sales.
Is this correct? What were the bogus charges?
@justri_58 We can definitely help you here. There are many experienced sellers in the forum that are happy to assist new sellers like yourself. We just need more information.

If they were bad chargers (what kind of chargers…phone chargers?)…switch to another item to sell.

Can you help me understand -- what exactly are "bogus chargers" ??

What type of bogus chargers did you buy or sell?

If you're not making money because of overhead ... you're not charging enough.
Example.
Cost of inventory ...... $ 1.00
Shipping ...................... 4.25
eBay fees & taxes ..... 1.00
Returns, shrinkage .50
-----------
Total cost $ 6.75
========
I price at 3x the cost, so I'd list that for $22.00 and leave a couple bucks for negotiations and discounts.
Wanna try something fun? Take about 10% of your listings, across the board not hand selected.
Increase promotions to 20% and raise the BIN price by 20% or more.
In the above listing I'd price it at $28.
You'll get lots of eyeballs on the listing, and fewer sales. But it will also cause a lot of activity on your account, and eBays algo's will like the action and you'll get even more eyeballs on the listings that are NOT increased. And every once in a while ... you'll sell one of those overpriced ones and make an extra buck.

Good start but don't forget to add in the Federal and State Income taxes which are going to amount to 35-40% of your profit depending on what state you live in and what income tax bracket you are in.

I can you you loosing money charging $0.99 for shipping when shipping is going to cost more then the buyer paid for the item.

I don't pay taxes.
They gave up on me years ago.

Maybe those "chargers" are for the next generation of EVs that will go coast to coast on a single charge while driving over Pikes Peak into a 50 mph wind and sub zero temperatures.
