So I was charged $37.50 out of nowhere. Last month i added a few listings, a few random "people" were sending in offers well over my asking price, and telling me to text them. I accepted the first 2 times then realized it was a scam, then filed a cancelation. Ebay emailed me saying they auto canceled and deleted 2 of my listings since they were purchased from someone not registered on ebay (all this will be pictured below). A hoodie i had listed had also been "purchased", i canceled that because i saw the person telling me to text them, lol. Never received payment for the items, obviously, yet was still charged a selling fee as if i had sold them...
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what did you do? how do i get my money back?

Ebay is most likely under the impression that you completed the sales OFF Ebay which is a big no no here. That is a serious breach of the Ebay rules. You will need to call Ebay and talk with them. Try to convince them that you did not complete the sales, that you realized they were scams and did not go through with them. Be nice, as it isn't their fault. Appearances can be that you did sell them off Ebay.
I'm glad you did not end up getting scammed out of your items. Now you know, keep everything to include ALL communication inside of Ebay. ALWAYS.

Open an Unpaid Item Case to get your fees back, close it as soon as you can if they don't pay, I think it's 4 days.

The OP said that Ebay cancelled the transactions. If they did not remove the FVFs at that time, it could have been because Ebay believes they took the sale off Ebay. The OP needs to call Ebay to better understand why the fees are still there and what if anything they can do to remove them.
If Ebay cancelled the transactions, the OP can not now open UIDs.

The second ID you posted with the "gift for a church friend" message tried to get my new account about 3 weeks ago. The last 4 numbers of the ID were different, but otherwise the username, name, and address were all the same. The ID they used on me is still active with several FB about being a deadbeat. It's so great to see they're still at this with new IDs.
It's a flagrant disrespect to the sellers here that eBay doesn't get rid of these scammers.
