Charged for Shipping Label but CANT PRINT IT

This keeps happening 50% of the time.  I hit PAY AND PRINT shipping label and I get an ERROR message to try again when I have already been charged for the LABEL -- I have to go into Shipping labels and then try to print again by downloading the label and then it does not print right !

EBAY PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH !

Rather than printing the label directly, try creating a PDF file instead.

Then you can print or reprint these at your leisure while you deal with your printer problems.

No more getting charged twice, going to the Manage Labels screen to void or reprint, etc.

Later, I look at the labels within Acrobat Reader once in a while.
