Hi, I need some help with a really large fee I have been charged for an item that hasn't even sold!!! Is this right?
I am not sure where Ebay think this money is coming from?
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

This is the eBay USA site. You may get better information from the eBay UK site.
Did you use a Reserve when you listed it?
Did it sell but was never paid for?
What to do when they don't pay.

Add them to your Blocked Bidder List.

Thank you for your help

Never use a Reserve. Just start the bidding where you would set the reserve and save that money.
I think eBay charges such a large fee as deterrent NOT to use the reserve upgrade.

It doesn't have to be. Most sellers list at a price they're comfortable with - no reserve needed - and I suggest you go that route. It looks like you listed the figurine 393338462472 five times so you'll be charged that reserve fee five times ... ouch! A fixed price listing would serve you better. Auctions are only worthwhile when there's demand to bid them up. All of the items you're selling should be listed at a fixed price.

It is not ebay's fault that you failed to read their selling polices and fees.
Why be dissapointed with ebay?
