These were discussed on this week's ebay for business podcast, but no announcement had been posted, as @dhbookds had pointed out....while not huge changes, these deserve an announcement, not just a podcast discussion.

It's nearly the last month of Q4.

I just hope there aren't new added glitches from these changes.

eBay has employed genius programmers to implement pitfalls when entering % rates in the fields. If you're not careful and don't secure the amount you're willing to pay, it will default to the inflated suggested rate. Now I understand why the suggested rates are SO inflated.
