Changed address in all places - old address as ship from location. 1 hr 15 min Ebay was no help??

What to do? They literally kept me on the phone for 3 different conversations/people/depts, then told me they could walk me through changing the address on my listings and all new listings would need to be manually changed. HOW IS MY OLD ADDRESS not deleted when its not there any longer???

You need to change the zip code entered on your listings - it's at the bottom of the classic listing form. You can update all listings at once using the bulk editor. Go to your active listings page, select all listings, click the edit button at the top and from there you can use the bulk editor. Alternately, you can edit one at a time @momof4anddog. You only have 19 listings so it should be a quick update.

It will carry over if you just change the address on the listing form the next time you set up a new listing.

Same thing here. Changed every possible address update option in eBay. Bulk edited all my listings to change the ship from zip code. When creating a draft listing on the iPhone app for a new item on I am selling it defaults to the old deleted out of eBay zip code/address location. No idea why. The desktop version seems to have caught up with my new address. I am curious if it might have something to do with how long you have been selling or an eBay customer... like things leftover from legacy database when updates and something didn't jive between the mobile version and the desktop version. Possibly a field type mismatch or something in the back end tables causing problems.

From the all selling page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/allselling/listings find the listing. Click "edit". Make your changes, then save and update the listing

**Changing item location**

On the quick listing form, at the very bottom you'll see "listing preferences". Click the "change" link. On the next screen you'll see where to change your item location. Put the new item location zip code there.

On the new unified listing form, scroll to preferences>item location. Click on your zip code and change it.
