So i have a couple variants of the "cherry pop tart" series that are modern covers signed by the artist Peach Momoko. I saw there's a handful of other versions of the cherry comics posted so i went and posted mine. eBay hit me with a "prohibited item" response and took down the listings... I'm confused why/how other sellers can sell theirs on eBay or that there a bunch of items listed on eBay far worse than this comic series.

Take downs like this are 'BOT' done (automated); for others: could be
1.) others listed before it was ebay illegal
2.) others haven't been 'caught' yet
3.) title made BOT see it
4.) category made BOT see it
Either way; now you know. Don't list them on ebay.

Probably from a seller who also sells items like you or....
It's the old 'report this'....if the person who reported it is very good at doing the 'why report this' ....it will get taken down in minutes....the wording of the reporting has to be good of course.
No past upset buyers or potential buyers?
I had a similar situation...

I never had any peach momoko cover ever ban.
Maybe confused for selling Pop Tarts CHerry flavor in the wrong section with no expiration date:(Though I dont think these things expire for like 100 years)

The problem is adyen which refused to process the payments ,And ebay's rush to jump into managed payments site wide . The adult category's where the only ones that ebay okayed money orders and personal checks : i.e. None online payments other then the motors category's was another online payment optional . some of the adult category's had paypal option.

The Cherry Pop Tart comics are definitely adult, just sell them on another venue.

Whatever you do, just don't relist them. Their system thinks they are not allowed, whether they actually are or not, and relisting them could get them pulled automatically and lead to more serious trouble.
I don't think eBay ever officially said why they suddenly got rid of the "back room". I heard people say it was the new payment processor, but I don't remember reading anything official from eBay about the specific reason.
