Hi, in October I had a listing that received an order. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order since the buyer's address wasn't valid. So, I canceled the order and refunded the buyer. However, a week or so later, the buyer opened a case claiming I didn't send the refund even though I did. Now, the case is closed, the refund was sent, but this statistic negatively affects my eBay seller account. What should I do? Hopefully, my explanation of the issue made sense. Thanks.

So did you answer the case when the buyer brought it......saying that it had been refunded?
Going to have to call ebay on this one......be ready with the 2 paypal refund transaction numbers.

It looks like you cancelled too many orders in the past year, and combined with 91.6% feedback, I think this case won't matter.

i think communication with your buyers may prevent a lot of your issues.....
also, do people really pay (that much) to have groceries shipped to them?

I agree with the others. It appears you are filing for a lot of cancellations. Are you using the reason as problem with the buyer address to try and avoid more defects? Is it actually because you are drop shipping and your vendor is out of stock?
If you have been filing OOS cancellations with the wrong reason to avoid a defect, it is likely Ebay has or will soon catch on and you will get sanctioned for that.
You really need to be more open and honest with your buyers and make sure your inventory is accurate if this is in fact an OOS issue you are having.
You may be in dangerous waters here. Have you checked your Service Metrics rating lately and your Seller Dashboard. They will give you some important information in which you need to know as a seller. If you don't know how to check these numbers, just ask.

@jackburns87- You should read eBay's policies and learn how to better manage your inventory because this one case is not your biggest problem.
