Hi,
Can someone explain to me why my stone carvings keep coming up as not permitted. I have a large fluorite bull that I am trying to list and it keeps telling I cannot sell live animals.
This not a live animal and it never has been. It is hand carved from Fluorite (stone).
Thanks in advance,
James (dragonmiser)

Ebay uses bot to search for key words.
Your key words are coming up as live animal policy violation.
Not many ways around it but to change the key words.

Thanks for the reply. I actually considered that and even pulled the BULL from the title and description thinking that would solve the problem.
I even searched other stone carvings to see what category they were under and tried that. Same issue 😡

I suspect that because it was refused a couple of times that it is now on the Naughty List and may never be listable.
To keep trying could mean severe repercussions. Like a closed selling account.
Have you tried other sites? The Red Road perhaps or The Doll.

What categories did you select and what was your listing title?

I decided to stop trying for the very same reason you suggest. I can't afford to have issues with my account.

Because ebays really dumb artificial intelligence is bull.
On the other hand, if you were actually trying to list a live bull, one could say ebay's AI works!
But it doesn't when ebay is wrong and you lose sales and ebay loses revenue.
Maybe you can run words together like fluoritebullcarving, but that may not work either when dealing with a computer.

Have you tried posting it as the zodiac sign "Taurus"?

I would agree considering there are currently 414 thousand listings up with the word bull in the searchable fields.
