Card not authorized

Hi,

I am new ebay. Planning to sell in ebay. I am about to list my item in ebay. However when in press list button ebay asked me to create a seller account. I go to My ebay ,financial information, and update payment method. In there i was asked to input my credit card no , expiry date and CVV no.After that when i click the submit button the system prompted me card not authorize.

I have checked with my bank and they informed me the account is in order. I have try to update my address same as my credit card details but still cannot authorize.

I am blank and really need some one help.

You're in Malaysia, Ebay is in the US. This would be an international transaction for you. Does your particular card support international transactions? Most do, but there are some that don't.

i suppose it an international bank. i guess should support. So what solution do i have?
