That's because this is eBay USA. You need to find an eBay closer to you. There's Canada and UK and I don't what all. But if you are not in eBay USA, you cannnot make an account on eBay USA.

I believe the country of Greece uses ebay/uk. You might google it for more info. Good luck.

@rigas34 ,
You can register to sell on any eBay website you want to use. eBay.com is used by many global sellers all around the world. In fact, many eBay websites for other countries are really sub-sites on the eBay.com domain. There isn't an eBay site for Greece specifically, so you can use any of the eBay websites. Here is information for global sellers about how to register a selling account:

@divwido , @ckimodog : FYI, I'm sorry, but your information was incorrect.

When I goggled it, that's what came up. It may have been an older post. Who knows? Thanks for making that clear, once again. Happy Holidays to you and yours.

The address you used to register your account is located in the United States, according to your profile.
Go here and change your address under personal info to Greece:

I see Greece as an option:
If you cannot select Greece as your country, you will likely have to contact eBay to change your country of registration.

You might get better advice on a different site, but as a Canadian selling on dotCOM (here) there are a few things you should know.
Wherever you are registered, you can sell on any site.
You will need a Managed Payments account.
The MP account has to be attached to a Greek bank. I t must be a checking account.
You won't be able to enter a Social Security Number, but there are other ways to confirm your identity. I used my passport. DH used his driving license.
You may be able to use a Greek bank account that is held in US dollars. Ask at your bank about this. If you do have a dollar account, you cannot attach another bank account in euros.
Shipping will be tricky to fill out.
"Domestic" on dotCOM listings is USA.
You will be shipping from an International Location and you MUST use Flat Rate Shipping.
Scroll through the entire list of shipping options.
I don't think you will find Greece as a separate option under Choose Another Option-> Custom Options
at best you will be choosing "Europe". This can be tricky with Greek customers since you will be charging the same amount as if you were shipping to Norway or Portugal.
There is an option to Block countries or even entire continents. Use it.
If you run into problems use Facebook for clarification.
Make sure the eBay employee understands that you are in Greece, that you will be shipping from Greece (if you are), and that Greece in in the European Union.
While German sellers may be able to give you good advice, if you don't have German, try the Irish site. They are still in the EU, use euros, and your good English will make communication easy.
