Cant print shipping label. Page is blank! Is anyone else having trouble?

Hello,

I am trying to purchase and print a shipping label.  The page is totally blank on both my desktop and laptop!

Is anyone else having problems?

I really wanted to get this out today.

I tried signing out and back in and that didnt help any.

Yes, from ebay

Try to print a label from Paypal. 

I use PP to print  "any" mailing label outside of ebay's program.

...starting from Seller Hub page you can see under Tasks there will be Print Shipping Label, click on that and it will land you to Purchase Shipping Label page...

...and if you still get a blank page then either it's an eBay's glitch or some technical issue involved in your set up account with eBay...

...I solved most my tech. matter by clicking my mouse around until I could get the correct solvent action...

I printed a label this morning but got yet another NEW UPDATED look to the format and label page. I dont understand why every year they have to change stuff that isn't broken and works just fine. JOB SECURITY is the only answer. This new look and reformatted page may have something to do with your issue. I have also had a boat load of error messages and Oops something went wrong messages today when relisting items. More changes are on the way.
