Can anyone provide a link to a listing with an embedded video? Supposedly this is possible now (finally!). I would love to see how it looks in a listing.

Video for listings is rolling out...gradually. I do not have it yet. You can check to see if you have it by trying to create a new listing or revising an existing listing on your PC. You must use the "new unified listing flow". Some people are getting the message that video is here. Others, like me, are still getting the "coming soon" message.
You can upload one video, it appears in the photo gallery. I believe it has the little video start arrow on it.
Unfortunately, I don't have a link to a listing with a video. Like you, I'd like to see some examples , so hopefully some people will post some.

What is the 'new unified listing flow'? Sounds extremely ominous, LOL.

My laptop. I don't do anything on my phone unless a hurricane has knocked out the power.

I have a generic video on my eBay store page.
https://www.ebay.com/str/lionheartdesigns#tab1
But frankly I am reluctant to put one on each individual listing. Unless the item is something that moves (a music box, for example) I don't see the point.
Unless the video is designed specifically for each item listed (the aforementioned music box for example) I want buyers to be focused on what I am selling and not being distracted by a generic advertisement.
Of course, others may see it differently and I would like to hear the "pros" for a video. I am open to convincing.
Anyone?

@richard1rst You nailed it with 'unless the item is something that moves' - I would also include 'lights up'. I wouldn't mind a video showing a computer I'm selling booting up, for instance. A lamp lighting and the like.
In my line I could probably spin my mannequin on a lazy susan (which I have) to make the garment on it swirl.
Those are two applications I can see for an actual in-listing video.

Actually I (and you) can already add a video in the body of my/your listing. Not just in the photo gallery at the top. But in the body of the listing. And , after you have described the product, you get to add a tag line: "To see the computer actually boot up to show it works please click here" - then click the video plays. When the video is in the gallery you can not add an incentive to watch it.
Show you how if you want.

@richard1rst I do have videos in the description area of a few of my listings. One concern I have is: once ebay has finished rolling out this new "hosted by ebay in the gallery video"....will ebay prohibit videos (and links to videos) in the description area? It's why I'm a little reluctant to put up new listings with YouTube hosted videos....I've asked about this, but so far, I haven't received a firm answer.
(On a similar note, until we see just what ebay is going to do with the listing frame (including left side store categories), I'm reluctant to update/simplify my store categories. So, I really wish ebay would get this stuff rolled out a little faster LOL)

I agree with the "what's going to happen" concerns. But as an aside I can insert a video without using YouTube by using my publicly accessible (and wholly owned) web site. But, as stated above, unless the showing of the product is enhanced by a video I don't see the point of having one in each listing or gallery.

I need to go down into the workshop and fabricate some kind of whip device for my lazy susan that spins my mannequin. The mannequin is heavy and the platform spins on wee little ball bearings, so it'll have to be something where I can exert some load because it's a lousy centrifuge, unlike the wooden lazy susan when I was a kid where you could launch a cereal bowl across the room with one good swipe.

And have a FAN blowing the mannequin/garment! LOL, I don't do very much clothing anymore but I can definitely recall a few dresses/skirts where I wished I could show the flowy movement of them. Nowadays I do mainly jewelry, and sometimes have a piece (namely a gemstone) that looks so different from various angles, when I take multiple photographs it looks like I heavily edited some of them (edit: Ooo, same with COINS). TV commercials always show gems slowly spinning for that reason, and even some jewelry stores have their 'showcase' pieces constantly pivoting on little turntables. Even as short as a few seconds would be great in a listing.
But besides jewelry, I'll grab any underpriced little thing and sling it here, including stuff like toys, and I've definitely wished I could demonstrate the battery-operated and windup ones.
Ooo, that brings up another question: will the gallery upload videos enable sound as well as imagery?
