Hello everyone, can anyone help with this error I've encountered, when trying to list an item, I just get redirected to this dead link. When I go to payments- set up automatic payment- change = when I click "create sellers account" Even though I have a sellers account for some years now. This started happening after paypal was "removed". I couldn't link my credit card before the update and now after it I cant even list any items.
Things I tried:

3 different browsers+mobile app
Tor browser, different location/IP
Ebay support on twitter
The dead link is Swedish and this must be somehow connected to my payment account being Swedish, (I'm not from Sweden).
