A buyer hasnt received there item so I am trying to refund her, but just keep getting this message, when I click refund
Ive tried on every other order and just keep getting the same error. Any help please?

I have tried to do a refund too and get the same messages. Might be a temporary glitch. I'll keep trying for my customer. Maybe will be fixed soon?

You may need to use a different link for that refund, and you may need to choose the reason for the refund.
