Error Screen When Trying to Refund Buyers

I need to refund a buyer, but I can't do it because I keep getting this error screen.

Can not find the order.

Can not find any seller-issued refunds.

We ran into a problem. Please try again later.

Can not find the order.

Something is completely broken because I'm testing this on all my other sold items and it's giving me the same screen. What gives? This is somewhat important that this gets sorted out right now.

I've read that and I'm still not seeing anything they are talking about. If being in managed payments meaning this page where you see all the transactions and payouts now, there is still nothing to refund a buyer from when you go into the items. If this isn't the right place then I have no idea where to go. They should not have made things THIS difficult.

Have you tried Orders under Seller Hub?

One of these links has to have that "Paid and Shipped" section, though I am not sure which one.

Thank you. They really should have just added a screen prompting that things have moved instead of just an error screen where it's been for the longest time.

Unfortunately eBay error messages can often be cryptic and unhelpful. Sometimes the only way to figure out what is going on is to copy the text of the error message and paste it into a search and see what others who have encountered that error have found.
