Cannot load pictures to new listings

Trying to add photos from web-based icloud.com but only get above error message.

You might want to share that info over on the Technical Issues board.  More eBay reps seem to hang out there to keep any eye on reported technical problems.

when I get that message, I rename the file and add .jpeg as an extension and it has worked every time.

You base that statement on what?

Zero eBay reps hang out there unless in total lurk mode. Can't think of any that responded to anything there unless summoned explicitly, or posted a boilerplate response as part of a multi board shotgun update to a large issue.

There have been site issues regarding this recently.

I found the solution at google. Reset the resolution at settings/camera/ video to a higher value. So far it’s working.
Suggestions offered here did not work. Many thanks for trying to help me
