Did you mean:

Cannot adjust a quantity on a paid for item or create a new invoice.

Good morning everyone, I have a customer who made an offer on a skein of yarn and I accepted it. I have been noticing issues with quantities through the "offers" page for quite a while now. When I accepted the offer I sent her a message asking if she would like more than one skein (no one buys just one, there's not much you can do with a single one) and she responded that yes, she would like 5 more.

Only problem is I am now unable to adjust her quantity. What is the best way to go about this? Invoice directly through PayPal? Have her submit another offer for 5 additional skeins? Or is there a way I can generate an invoice directly in Ebay?

Thank you in advance! I looked everywhere that I could think of and was unsuccessful.

Your buyer would have to make another offer for the additional 5.

The first sale was paid for so it is now complete, there is no way to make adjustments.

You can ship all 6 together, you may have to manually add tracking details to the second sale.
