Cannot Use Insert for Custom Templates Bug

When I go to select insert on the template the menu is too far away to click. I cannot use the keyboard to navigate to it. Usually use Chrome on a Windows 10 PC. Happens on multiple computers. Happens on Edge, Firefox, and Opera. Not sure how to fix this. 

Side note: Trying to fix this created a new template, and now have -3 templates left.

Try reducing the magnification  on the page...........hold down control button and then hit the - (minus) button up top........

Happens no matter how zoomed in or out I am.  It's not a zoom issue. It's more of an eBay glitch.

Only thing I have found to work is to use classic view instead of the new tool. I guess new doesn't mean better.
