Buyer was refunded, relisted item, he corrected address and bought again, I shipped with tracking. Now on my All Selling page, old cancelled transaction shows in red that item shipping is past due. Will this affect my late shipping rate in my seller dashboard? Also on my seller dashboard page another item I sold a couple of weeks ago, the buyer says the shipping was late but left me excellent feedback. I shipped without tracking to her the same day. She left feedback a week later, I know she got it in a couple of days. Any help would be appreciated. Mucho.

The cancelled transaction shouldn't affect your late shipping rate.
When a buyer leaves feedback and there was no tracking on the item, the buyer is asked if the item arrived by the last specified arrival date. If the buyer marks that it arrived after that, the seller gets a ding on their late shipping metrics. I know of sellers that often don't use tracking and though they get the odd ding in that way, I don't think that it happens a lot.

It is a problem on the Seller Hub that Ebay has known about for awhile but haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. While it is annoying to see it all the time, it will not cause you any issue and will drop off after 30 days or so.
