Canceled order or not?

Sold an item for $70.00. Buyer canceled bid before item ended then paid for item after closing. Have messaged them asking to clarify. Any thoughts on this?

Is it possible they cancelled their bid, then rebid, so they still won the auction but you had both notices?  If it shows in your Awaiting Shipment page, I would generally say to ship it.

The bidder who retracted is not the one who won. We can see that from their different feedback numbers on the Bid History page of that auction. If the winner has paid, ship as usual.

Looks like this was the Germania listing.

The first buyer placed a bid ($70), they were the only bidder. Then later another buyer placed an $80 bid which they retracted. leaving  the original bidder as the winner.

In the bid history it's clear the $80 bid/retraction is a different buyer than the winner.
