Canceled listing but item still in store

I have canceled the same item probably 5 times now, but it remains in my store.  What is going on? Is there some sort of glitch? This needs to be resolved ASAP because if it sells, I cannot fulfil the sale, as the item is no longer for sale. Can someone help me out?

Noticed the same thing recently. I had to cancel a couple of times. Now I wonder if I have duplicates for books I also canceled.  ?
