Hello good afternoon, I sold a phone on eBay, print the shipping label then ship it, after shipping, buyer wants to cancel I can’t cancel it because it’s shipped, what should I do?

- buyer wants to cancel because he wants a unlocked phone, I clearly state what carrier it is locked to in title and description.

You can do an "intercept" of the package to have it returned to you.

Can be done online. Cost of intercept will be shown.

Only charged if successfully returned.

or you can let the buyer know that you already shipped, and that they can refuse delivery and that you will cancel/refund  as "buyer requested" when it gets back to you.

just to note.........  title does not clearly state "locked".

description does, but some do not read way down the page

eta:  sale was yesterday............. if you shipped at PO today they may be able to catch it before it leaves, and deliver to you without file/pay an intercept. You lose the shipping.  If carrier pick up, it could be a bit tricky to catch it locally.

eta again.................  you may want to revise your current listing title to add the words "Locked to" there by the Spectrum

You can't do anything except brace for a return upon arrival to the buyer.
