I wanted to post my MC011 journey since I see so many posts about this specific restriction being a nightmare for sellers.
Friday 07/18 - Email stating my payouts are on hold while they perform a routine check on my account
Saturday 07/19 - MC011 Email asking to resolve any outstanding disputes and requests from buyers in Resolution Center
- Had 2 INR requests - refunded both before the resolve by date
- Had 1 payment dispute. No action from my end since it's awaiting buyer's bank response
Monday 07/21 - Email asking to provide proof of delivery for all orders in the account. Can be proved by confirmed delivery by the carrier or positive feedback from the buyer
- This is by far the hardest part since we have thousands of transactions. We confirmed all orders within the last 90 days have either confirmed delivery scan or have a confirmation by the buyer that their received their order
- Waited for the most recent orders to get delivered and replied back on Friday 07/25 providing tracking for all orders with the delivery confirmed
Saturday 07/26 - Email asking for copy of ID (driver's license), invoice for most recently sold items showing proof of ownership, and most recent bank statement that matches with the account info (name and address)
- All invoices must be issued by the authorized distributor or the manufacturer. Provided more than 20 invoices from this year
Sunday 07/27 - Email stating that the restriction is lifted!
All requests made by eBay were very explicit in their emails and we got response back fairly fast. I hope this helps anyone who is going through this process or might have to go through in the future.
Happy selling!
