You ran it as an auction..........there were 7 bids.........you are obligated to send it to the buyer.......

This you?

If so, you had your item listed as an auction - 9 bids were received.

Recommend you ship in accordance with the terms you stated.

If you are writing about the lot of trolls it was an auction that took bids.  You don't accept offers for auctions.

If you cancel the auction you will be in violation of the spirit of ebay and the rules.

The right thing to do is to ship the lot and chalk it up to experience.

Other members can expand on the specifics of what could happen to your account if you cancel a sale.

Tsk tsk tsk.

You accept offers automatically by listing in the auction format.  It's time to ship.  EBay will not let you 'leave' until your acount fees are paid in full.  The trolls look like bad juju - get them out of the house asap.

When you are listing in auction format, you are offering something, at a beginning price of your choice, and then taking bids from other people, for a period of time, who view your item(s) and say that they will pay such-and-so by placing a bid for that item - bids on auction listings are not offers for you to review and accept or reject.  Other people can say that they will pay more by placing another, higher bid.  At the end of that time period (7 days, 10 days, whatever) the person with the highest bid wins the item, makes payment (hopefully) and you ship when ebay verifies that payment has been made. You can't cancel an auction item if it has one or more bids or less than 12 hours left in the listing time.

If the winning bid isn't as high as you would like - too bad.  With an auction, the high bidder still wins the item and you are obliged to ship when it is paid.  If the winning bid is a lot more than you thought it might be - you are a winner, too.
