I had the same problem, I'm a real seller, but now I can only buy. But can't sell. This annoys me so much! Is there a solution！I stock a lot of stuff, it's all mine. I am very depressed right now.

You were selling masks and gloves for medical / health care use.   You were selling various dietary supplements.    You were selling baby formula.  

There is so much room for error, and so many ways to go wrong, in those categories.

I did look at your listings for dietary supplements, and I saw that the Item Specifics were seriously inaccurate, including making false claims of U.S. manufacture. 

After that, I stopped looking.

You may be right, but what is price gouging.  Who decides it is too much?

Other than the size of the product are these different products?

I looked at Wal Mart and their price per ounce is $1.40.  This eBay listing is $1.00 per ounce.  WalMart is saying that the retail price for 12.4 ounces is $28.90 ($2.33 ounce) but they offer it at a discounted price of $17.46 ($1.41 ounce).

Each state has its own laws regarding price gouging, including a definition thereof. It's not as though someone just makes this stuff up, which seems to be what you're implying.

Price Gouging State Statutes 

Beyond that, eBay (or any other online marketplace platform) can impose any requirements it sees fit regarding price gouging or category gating. They've published their Price Gouging Policy and obviously have internal policies and procedures in place to make that determination on their site--which, BTW, they have every right to do. As people have posted a bazillion time, it's their site and their rules.

$1.00 to $1.40 per ounce is typical of the cost of formula under any circumstances, particularly the so-called "name brands." Neither of those prices is out of line for Similac. If you shop on walmart.com, you'll find they have all kinds of outrageous, unverified claims regarding "the retail price." It's part of their schtick. 

Was the eBay listing removed because of price gouging? Is that what you're suggesting? If not, I'm just not sure where you're going with that argument.

I don't think the OP was suspended because of price gouging, their pricing is fine.  They were suspended because you have to be a preapproved business seller to sell what they were selling, and I doubt that they were.  (I could be wrong though).

We were given virtually no information to go on by the OP so it was anybody guess at that point. I've been watching baby formula on the site for the past 2 weeks, ebay is cracking down and cleaning house. Good for them and I'm glad ebay is taking this seriously. 

     OPS last sale on formula was May 3rd, the cases of 48 that were for sale kept having an increase in pricing I noticed.

     Could have been reported, maybe not an authorized seller like you said or probably both. Ebay removed the listings that could have triggered this violation so we can't view and I guess we'll never find out because the OP posted and poofed.

I see you using the Costco logo on one of your listings.

It looks like you could have made a variety of policy violations.

Yeah, it's hard to really know anything with these seagull posts, all we can do is guess.  There are plenty of violations to choose from, like you said probably a combination of several things.

I thought that my post with an item from the OP and a similar item from a major retailer clearly shows that they are not Price Gouging on this one particular item and in fact their price is reasonable.  You yourself even stated "$1.00 to $1.40 per ounce is typical of the cost of formula under any circumstances," 

I nor anyone else on this thread knows why the OP was suspended and are only speculating as to why.

But thank you for eBay's link on the price gouging policy.  Within that policy here is another speculative  reason they could have been suspended

Wondering why OP is depressed if items were being drop-shipped?  You'd have no investment in inventory or shipping materials, correct?

It’s not so much price gouging specifically, but if people clear shelves to resell on eBay, it creates scarcity, and eventually price gouging down the line.
