Unfortunately NO. Much to the dismay of many sellers, eBay took that decision out of our hands a year ago and forced the GTC automatic relists on us. The only way around it is to end your listings on the last day. They will then be in your Unsold items and you can relist them when you choose to do so. However, you must remember to end them yourself. Personally, I go in every morning and end the ones that are scheduled to end that day.

The only way to prevent an automatic relist is to set a reminder (outside of eBay) to manually end your item before it relists.

It's a scam by ebay to make more money by not giving you better control of your listings.

No, but you can end them one at a time...no bulk ending of listings, (that I've found, anyway). Depending on how many you have, ending them can be very time consuming. I hate the GTC. I try to end my GTC every day, and leave them unsold for a while. Then twitch the "new" listing, so I don't get the "looker" count follow me. Did I say, I hate the GTC format eBay dumped on us.

I use 'My ebay-All Selling' and can end multiple fixed price listings by clicking on the box in front of each one I want to end and hitting 'End'. Or I can click on the box at the top/bottom of a whole page of listings and end them all at once.

Hey, on your desktop click on the clock/date lower right hand corner. Click on the date you want a reminder to end the listings and set it. It will remind you on that date to take action.
That should help.

We HAVE control of our listings - we can end them and start them when we please.

If you have the "out of stock" setting ON:
When you sell out of an item, the listing remains active until you re-stock or end the listing manually. I believe that if your listing goes 3 cycles/months with 0 stock, it will end automatically.
If you have "out of stock" setting OFF.
When you sell out of an item you listing will end automatically. As long as you still have stock the listing will keep renewing every month (30 days?). Each time renews you will be charged a listing fee or it will come out of your free listings. If you want to end the listing you have to do it manually.
I hope that helps.
Good luck and stay safe!

eBay recently adjusted the details of the OOS terms; it now says, "If your listing has a quantity of 0 for 180 consecutive days, we will end it."
