Hi,
I sold an item and had to create a second label because my return address wasn't right on the first one. I followed the instructions on the ebay website and created another one.
Now that the items has been delivery I see that Ebay is charging me twice for 2 shipping labels. I follow the instructions here on how to void a shipping label - https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/posting-items/labels-packaging-tips/buying-printing-postage-labels...
However, when I try to do it it takes me to a page that says "This postage label does not need to be voided because we'll charge you only once the postage label has been used". This is obviously untrue, since in the total cost for the item I sold Ebay charged me their usual fees PLUS 2 shipping labels.
How can I actually get a refund for a label that I didn't use and won't need to use since the item is already with the customer?

It can take a week or two for the refund to be processed.
Henceforth, void the label before purchasing a new one.

First thing......this is the US board, Sendle doesn't exist here in the USA so you need to be looking at the relevant page on eBay.com.au
Sendle is similar to UPS in the US, sellers are not charged for labels until they are used and scanned by Sendle.
If you still think you have been double billed (highly unlikely) then you need to contact eBay Customer Support in Australia.
Go to this page and then scroll down to the bottom to contact AU customer support.
