Very upset with a Buyer leaving me really bad Feedback claiming her item was stained when she received it. In stead of going back and forth with her, I immediately offered to accept a return. I don't sell Internationally and only accept returns if there is damage. However She lives in South America. The Item was sent to Florida, a Third Party Shiping Service. She told me that if she could remove the stain, she would leave Positive Feedback. I applied to Ebay to get the Negative Feedback removed, because I couldn't follow through with a return and her money. Not fair to me with 100% Feedback.

I am so Happy to answer my own question! I requested t Ebay to remove a Horrible Negative Feedback left by someone who used Freight Forwarding Service and complained that it was stained. I offered a complete refund upon my receiving the item - which she couldn't do. Because it goes again Ebay's Shipping Policies, I was able to get the Feedback removed. Thank You so much - Ebay. I am proud of my Feedback and even though I don't accept returns - I do if there is a mistake on my part.

Your buyers issue is with the freight forwarding service. They forfeit eBay's MoneyBack Guarantee when they hire a 3rd party shipping service.

I knew that ahead of time, but didn't know originally she lived in Ecuador and used a shipping co in Florida. How do I know the condition of the item without seeing it myself - photos can be doctored. I told her if she opened a Return, I would approve it right away, thinking maybe she would be travelling to Florida. She never gave me a chance to rectify the problem - that's a chance you take when using that shipping service. Her Negative Feedback was offensive to me and not fair. So Glad Ebay sided with me.
