Can't upload tracking number for orders.

I can't upload tracking numbers for my orders. When I clicked save button, it shows a red error "Bad Request". When I hit again, it says "Something wrong, please retry". But when trying after few hours, it is still same. CS told me to change the browser. So checked with MS Edge, and nothing changed. What can I do?

although this was a year ago, were you able to find a solution for this problem because I'm having the same issue in 2022
