Had a package held up in German Customs over Xmas. eBay forced through a refund for INR (against the customer's expressly stated wishes). Got delivery confirmation a couple of days later (Canada Post LX048110800CA). Opened an appeal to get my money back. Won the appeal. Was told on 15 Jan 2021 that refunds would be issued. Received one. Second never came. Opened another appeal case. Was assured this time I would be refunded. No refund. End of story. Used to buy and sell $100k/yr on eBay for almost a decade. Top rated Seller with 100%, 10k+ feedback. Have stopped buying completely and will be closing my eBay store. Was going to wait until the remaining inventory sold but I WILL NOT be registering for eBay Money Management and giving them direct access to my bank account.
