I've tried multiple times this morning to reach a live customer service person, without success. I get to the part where it asks me to enter my phone number for a call back, but when I select the send button nothing happens. Very frustrating, as I wanted to ask about a message they sent me regarding a VERO violation. The item in question sold over a month ago, so I have no idea what they are talking about.
