Anyone else? Tried in more than one browser, just does the spinny thing indefinitely after pressing done in either list or revise.

Good afternoon!
We have just gotten word that this issue has been resolved. Please let us know if you continue to have any problems moving forward.

It is NOT fixed. Still just spinning on the shipping matrix. Why would you post that it is fixed when it is not? Why would customer service keep saying it is not on your end, must be my browser? Why when I try 3 different browsers on 3 different devices I still get the spinng wheel of death? How much compensation do I get for not being able to add new listings and revise old ones?

Hey there, have you tried clearing browser history and trying again? We announced this was fixed because we were no longer able to replicate the issue on any of our test accounts. Additionally, reports of this issue have ceased. If you are running into trouble, then we definitely want to look into this further. The problem may not have been fixed for everyone or you could be experiencing a related issue that differs from the one we resolved. Get me as much detail as you can on what troubleshooting steps you have taken, what broswers you are using and if anything has changed from when you first encountered the problem and I will be happy to dig into this deeper!

Ok, eBay - so it's fixed for now. Good work. How about since I wasted 4+ HOURS today, and countless hours YESTERDAY .... you do us a favor - and share WHAT HAPPENED ? Someone did reach out to me in one of these threads - and declare it was NOT a bandwidth issue. That's great. But then why did it work - sometimes ? ... after 2 , 3 ,4 or 10 trys ? Same item - same data - sometimes it went through, and sometimes it just hung the session. I guess it's just coincidence that it was at it's worst - earlier in the morning - when perhaps EVERYONE was trying to list at the same time? So - nothing to do with bandwidth.... just that the more traffic there was - the worse the problem got. Ok, so what was the cause? An un-announced "tweak" to the software? What's being done to ensure that this type of thing does not happen again ? I think we sellers are paying PLENTY of fees to expect a smooth running site, and at a minimum - when things go terribly wrong - like they did here - that we get an HONEST explanation - and some thoughtful follow up , as to how it will be prevented in the future. How about it ?

@Anonymous
Hi,
I have the same problem with this thread.
problem:
In Auto Relist System Errors, "MPN has an invalid value of" xxxx ". Enter a valid value and try again."
It has also occurred since you repaired the problem.
Currently, manually re-listing is an error. (see attach photo)
More than 30 items have already been in the same situation.
What do you think? Is this a known problem?
Best Regards,
I will add it at the end.
Why am I putting UPC on MPN?
That's because ebay made MPN necessary, but many items do not have MPN!

This actually looks like the standard notification that your product identifiers are not accurate and would be unrelated to the recent listing issue discussed in this thread. I can reach out to you via email to get more details and see what is going on!

Out of nowhere, my listings posted via Shopify will not allow me to update. I get the error Inventory-based listing management is not currently supported by this tool. Please refer to the tool used to create this listing. Anyone know about this?

This thread is over a year old ... you might get a better response & resolution to your issue if you start a new thread and fully explain your problem.
Good Luck!
