Can't list because feedback is private, yeah no it's not

Well, you've sold 9 things since April and yet NO feedback is shown the past 'less than 6 months'...

Maybe you have a setting wrong?

I see your feedback page.  It is not set to private.  Do you have another ID where it is set to private and used it by mistake?    Otherwise, clear your cache and/or try another browser.  If you are using a phone, turn it off, and back on and try again.   If that doesn't work, then who knows......its THURSDAY  eBay maintenance  day, and perhaps they are just getting started?????

It's sorted now, there must a long delay between checking that to public and private.

Well. you left that part out of your OP.

A setting change like that takes time to go through. So it is not weird.
