The item is named "Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival Bundle [BRAND NEW]"
The policy says that "Selling private information, social media items, and software or tools that send unsolicited contacts are not allowed on eBay." This is a video game, I don't understand why it's not allowed, does anyone know?

What is likely happening is that this is the result of faulty bot programing.
The bot has been programed to associate something in your listing with something that is not allowed, this is very common.
Did the listing get taken down?

What was the description you were using? Please copy and paste it here, so we can review it.
Under that policy, you're not allowed to sell lists of contact info, account names/numbers, likes, followers, etc. So if there's anything in the description that might be misconstrued or misinterpreted that way, that could have triggered the block.

You have a trigger-word in there somewhere. You have to find it and get rid of it

When you create the listing are you starting with the UPC code?
That may help with getting it in the right category and fills in some of the item specifics for you.
