Hello everyone,
On one of my main selling accounts I have noticed that in the last week I can no longer post feedback for any order that had included two purchases bought together in the shopping cart. All my other sales(single ones) have no problem placing feedback. It was not until today that noticed that it was only for multiple item orders that this was a problem.
Sorry, I did not do a search for this effecting others. I came hear after spending 10 minutes trying to get 'official' Ebay help. BTW, the 'Help' pages have NO ability to guide you to support for glitches. Nice feature.... ugh.
I always leave feedback for my patrons and this deletes that ability to do that for my best customers(multiple item purchasers). Not good. Thanks for any assistance.

I had this problem on an order and the only way I could leave feedback was to do it on the app. I never could get it to work on the computer.

Yes agree, multiple item feedback can be left if you do it in the App.
The web browser error has been reported days ago but there is no fix yet.

There is an option to leave feedback at the top of the listing itself. Will work for multiple items in one sale.

Yes, I have seen suggestions for that option to leave feedback overall at the order level and tried doing it that way. It does not work for me both in Chrome and in Edge in Windows 10. The only way that works for me is in the App on iPhone. It has happened 3 times now over the last week for my sales. None of the helpful suggestions given in this and other threads work on my PC. 😉 Maybe it would work in Safari but I don't have that browser.
I know eBay for business on Facebook has reported the issue to the tech department about 4 days ago, they did not give me a case number though. If others would also message them and refer to this problem it might raise the priority. They know about the app workaround so are not so motivated to fix it ;(
