Can't decrease "Buy it Now" price during discount timeframe?

Hello.  I recently offered a discount to my watchers, but haven't gotten any response.  Since I'm not getting any bites, I would like to lower the BiN price. When I try to revise the listing, there is no option to lower the price.   I can see the box containing the BiN info, but I cannot edit it.

Is this because I'm still within the 48 hour window of my initial offer to watchers?

Yes... the offer(s) will have to expire or be declined to edit some fields... including price.

That has never been my experience with using seller hub and sending watchers offer feature. Although I can't edit item specifics, description and shipping information before my offer expires, price has never been blocked for editing. I can change prices freely from either active listings or revise listing page.

Reason you cannot revise old listings is because you didn't switch over to MANAGED PAYMENTS.   EBAY no longer uses PAY PAL for their money management.    All SELLERS required to switch to MANAGED PAYMENTS otherwise you will not be allowed to list new items or revise old listings.  With MANAGED PAYMENTS money is deposited directly into your CHECKING ACCOUNT (3-5 days after sale).

As of 6:15 CST, my discount window has ended and I was able to change my Buy it Now price.  Thank you all for the help and advice!
