Can't call EBAY at all.

Why is it that there is absolutely no customer service number with Ebay.  You can't even call them.

Most likely because people don't like to be on hold for 5 hours.

There are alternative methods of contact including chat (type "agent") to get to a live person or Facebook.

You can request a call back.  I have used it a time or two.  Always received a call in 15 minutes.

EBay will not close the return at your request, it will eventually time out.
