Wondering if Im "the only one" that has had issues since PayPal and eBay aren't linked anymore. I have had nothing but nightmare after nightmare. Countless hours on the phone with customer service ..calls constantly drop..lots of interference especially just when they say they can resolve my issues hmmmmm...decided to start selling on eBay and all I can do is look at the money but can't touch it and it's been excuse after excuse and passing the buck..nothing seems to resolve the issue and literally when it seems or looks like its resolved or close..nope again same issue also why when I go to add my debit that's linked to my back account it defaults to my name and address I haven't had for 8 years when years ago when I showed documentation and updated it..again only does it when I'm trying to add my debit for getting paid hmmm
Have you added your bank account information and not just your debit card? Also, I have seen a lot of discussion that centered around the names must match exactly on all your accounts you are trying to link.
You need to add your checking account (ROUTING# only) and social security# (for tax purposes). Name on your bank account, social security card and EBAY profile page must be EXACT MATCH (or your application may be denied). Must be your legal name (no nicknames).
And all your names must match. If your name is John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, you cannot have a bank account as John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, a Managed Payment account as J J Jingleheimer Smith, and an eBay account as JJJ Smith.
