Hi. I have just recently started my Ebay store mainly because of all the features opening a store has to offer. The dashboard is a little confusing to navigate sometimes. I was wondering if anyone had any reports to look at that they really like or any features that I might find to be super helpful. Any overall features that people really like or really helpful. Just wanted to get some feedback on what other people find to be helpful for their store.
Thanks

@jwashbo-40If you click on Listings, the Active, you'll see a link to Customize Table (to the right of the Results heading. Click on that and you can choose which data you want to see when you view your active listings page. I set mine to view Quantity, Price Shipping Cost, Views, Watchers, start Date - whichever info works for you. Remember that the order that you click on each box is the order your choices will show on the table. Some fields are integral to ebay and cannot be deleted.
You can then click on the heading at the top of each column, and do a data sort. So click once on the start date and it will show you oldest date to newest or vice versa. Click again and it reverses. I often check my shipping charges this way. At one time, ebay had a tech glitch and changed some shipping costs to Free Shipping. We, the sellers, were not notified, and had to honor or cancel sales with the free shipping included. We sell heavy networking and computer items, so it was a pain. Being able to sort and check our shipping is a big help. Good Luck!

@jwashbo-40 You can also customize your Seller Hub main page the same way. Just click Customize, then you can choose what you want to see on your Seller Hub and can arrange them to your needs. I always have Tasks, Feedback, and Orders on the top row. You can leave spaces blank on your Seller Hub if you don't want to use all the fields they offer.
I know you asked about reports, but we don't really use them that much. We have a b&m business, and so keep records on our own inventory and accounting software.
