Large item delivered damaged and E-bay gives error message when trying to purchase a label with the addresses changed /flipped ( to ship back from the buyer to the seller )
Anybody have any ideas ?

Are you the buyer or seller? If you are the seller, you may have to go to the FedEx website and see if you can purchase the label there. You also might want to check the UPS site to see if they'd be cheaper. In either case you'll probably have to create an account with them (free).
If your the buyer and opened a Damaged return case on eBay, the seller is responsible for supplying the label.

Additional thoughts.

But, you could try contacting them using the link at the bottom of that page.
Otherwise you might need to have the buyer price the label and send them $$ to pay for it, but having your own FedEx/UPS account would probably work better.

Thank you for the replies. It seems E-bay will allow you to purchase Fed Ex labels to ship with a nice discount but when it comes to a return you need to go outside E-bay and purchase your own label at a much higher price. Doesn`t seem like the proper way it should work sadly...
