Can not list, Shipping policies are not highlighted and are missing? Anyone else?

Trying to list as normal, and when i get to shipping, all my policies are gone, and its trying to make me make new ones, i try to make a new one and its giving me an internal application error.. What gives on this site.. unbelievable.

Yes, all of my business policies have disappeared.   Very frustrating

I tried to update a listing and business policies are having an issue...

Thursdays are eBay update system day....

Hopefully it clears up

Someone needs to make a new online shopping site.. Ebay has gone to the birds.. Its really sad.
