Hi
i am facing a small issue, my ebay is on verification payments are on hold but i need to do some refunds,
The card i was using before is not working anymore and i dont have any other card on my name or the same billing address i am using in ebay for selling costs,
It dont show my bank that was also added in selling costs payment method when i try to refund someone, its just showing old card or option to add new one,
So the question is "CAN I USE A DIFFERENT CARD THAT IS NOT ON MY NAME AND BILLING ADDRESS " to cover selling costs?
