If buyer asked to cancel or something was off with their address even if they leave one it should get removed.

If buyer opened case and you won the case without refund to the buyer - no, they cannot leave negative or if they left it then it will be auto removed (depends on the type of case).

If case was open and you refunded the money - they can leave negative.

If you refunded without a case - they can leave negative.

Yes, the buyer can leave a negative comment. If the item you send out is

faulty or damaged, and it's not the buyer's fault then of course negative

feedback will be left.
